Join us on Friday, November 17th for the 8th Annual McKenna Claire Foundation (MCF) Charity Poker Tournament.   This year’s “Poker At The Museum” will be held at the Westside Museum in Costa Mesa .  This remarkable mid-century, bi-level building is a unique location with plenty of space to play poker, enjoy the company of friends, shuffle board, billiards, music and so much more.  Whether you are a “Poker At The Museum” player, sponsor or guest, it promises be a great start to the Thanksgiving Holiday week.

Prizes will be awarded to the top players, as well as, a light dinner is included for all registered players and guests. Cash Bars will be available all night.

On Saturday, May 13th, the McKenna Claire Foundation (MCF) will bring together friends, associates, and business partners to host the 13th Annual Party With A Purpose, Night at the Derby. Break out your hats, dress to impress, and join us as a guest at The Waterfront Beach Resort for a night of food, drink, friends and fun for a worthy cause. Our goal is to raise funds for pediatric brain cancer research and highlight the ongoing work being done for the benefit of children and families who continue to fight the pediatric brain cancer battle.

If you loved the 80’s (Don’t Stop Believin’), returned to prohibition (Bootlegger Ball), found yourself at Woodstock (Peace, Love & Hope), spent a day on the beach (Aloha Friday), pretended to be secret agent (A View to a Cure), ridden with the Covid Cowboy (Boots & Butterflies), enjoyed a day with the Rat Pack (Come Fly With Me) and through all this needed a siesta (Cinco de Macky), you have truly Partied With A Purpose.

On Saturday, May 14th, the McKenna Claire Foundation (MCF) will bring together friends, associates and business partners to host the 12th Annual Party With A Purpose, DISCO BALL. Our goal is to raise funds for pediatric brain cancer research and highlight the ongoing work being done for the benefit of children and families who continue to fight the pediatric cancer battle.

McKenna Claire Foundation (MCF) is partnering with several local schools to raise funds for both pediatric brain cancer research and schools needs.  Over the past 8 years, MCF has donated over $135,000 to our local schools in partnership with the Play It Forward Golf Tournament and Golf Ball Drop.  This year, we have been given the opportunity to raffle a NEW Toyota (courtesy of Claremont Toyota – details below).. school partners will receive 50% of the ticket proceeds for every ticket sold by their students.  All purchased tickets will be assigned a number and be part of the raffle being held on May 1, 2022. Tickets are $25 each or 5 for $100.

The Grand Prize is winner’s choice of one of the following: 1) 2022 Toyota Prius base factory equipped valued at $26,700; or 2) 2022 Toyota Camry base model valued at $27,600 or 3) 2022 Toyota Rav4 base model valued at $27,600. The winner has options for upgrades at his or her expense. Cash option $10,000.

The raffle is open to all persons 18 and over, who are legal U.S. residents physically residing in the U.S. Winner need not be present to win. Winner is responsible for applicable tax, title, registration and document fees. Raffle end date subject to change based on any developing Covid restrictions.

Gifts of Gratitude 2021

Knowing that gratitude can be the best medicine for body and soul, McKenna Claire Foundation is kicking off the holiday season by offering the opportunity to show your thanks to someone who makes a difference in your life and help support life-saving pediatric cancer research through our “Gifts of Gratitude” campaign.

In these trying times, what better way to honor those closest to you than by gifting a donation to McKenna Claire Foundation in their name and giving children fighting brain cancer HOPE for a brighter future.

It’s easy…from December 1st – December 31st make a donation in honor of the person/people you are grateful for. Under notes on the donation form, let that person know why they are important to you and MCF will send your sentiments along with a letter letting them know they have been the recipient of a Gift of Gratitude.

Along the way, we will be updating you on the difference your gifts are making in the labs of our researchers and to the family’s affected. Two gifts for the price of one – the gift of Gratitude to the people closest to you and the gift of HOPE to children and families fighting this devastating disease.
