Ski With a Purpose is more than an event – it’s a gathering of hearts. It’s a space where people come together to lift one another, to celebrate life, and to stand behind families navigating the unimaginable journey of pediatric brain cancer.

This weekend blends winter adventure, community connection, and a shared desire to do good. Whether you come for the skiing, the atmosphere, or the cause, you leave as part of something profoundly meaningful.

Friday, January 16 – Registration, Welcome & SWAP Kickoff

We begin the weekend by welcoming our community into an experience centered on purpose, connection, and shared impact. Upon arrival at Palomino, guests will check in, meet fellow attendees, and enjoy a welcome drink alongside curated bites, signature cocktails, and thoughtful branded touches throughout the space.

Main Street Pub Crawl Experience

Following registration, guests will take part in a guided Main Street pub crawl, offering a relaxed and social way to explore Park City and deepen connections throughout the evening.

Registration at Palomino: 5:00 PM (Grab your beanie – it’s your pub crawl pass)

Pub Crawl Departure: 6:00 PM

Saturday, January 17 – Watch Party, Mountain Adventure & Cowboy Chic Celebration

Saturday morning opens with a high-energy West Ham United FC watch party. Enjoy a light continental breakfast, camaraderie, and the shared excitement that has become a beloved SWAP tradition.

Upper Mountain Ski Experience + Interactive Scavenger Hunt

With your Ski With a Purpose bib & beanie, you’ll head onto the mountain for the day. Use your existing EPIC Pass or purchase a day/multi day pass – Click to buy passes. Skiers will take part in an interactive scavenger hunt on the mountain, connecting through clues, challenges, and unforgettable moments.

Cowboy Chic Celebration – 6:00 PM

We close the weekend with a live DJ, heavy hors d’oeuvres and libations. This is where it all comes together as you learn how your generosity fuels hope for a brighter future.
